Details:
The ideal candidate has a deep and proven knowledge of paid social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. A thorough understanding of the digital and social media marketing space – including targeting, campaign development, execution, measurement, and reporting – is also a must. You must be self-motivated, resourceful, able to work well individually and collaboratively, and have proven success managing several projects at once under strict deadlines. Strong social media writing skills and knowledge of Facebook Power Editor and Business Manager and photo editing software are required.
Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute all paid social media campaigns for BabyCenter (US, UK, Español) and its clients on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.
• Partner with several internal teams and external clients and agencies to gather assets for execution and deliver pre- and post-campaign data.
• Monitor, measure, and report on all social campaigns and optimize to reach ideal ROI and KPIs on a daily basis.
• Research and educate the company (and clients) on paid social trends.
• Act as a liaison between social vendors and agencies and team.
• Be an advocate for our brand and focus on the best customer experience in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working on paid social campaigns
• B.A. in marketing, advertising, media, communications, PR, or journalism preferred
• Extensive understanding of social and digital media
• Excellent social media writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical critical-thinking skills and ability to make strategic decisions
• Good eye for design and intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Deep understanding of Facebook for Business and Power Editor (editing, analysis, and optimization) as well as paid systems for Twitter and Pinterest
• Proven success executing multiple projects at once with speed, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in identifying project risks and issues, and in making effective decisions with and engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation/avoidance plans
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and be flexible in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and several departments across the company
• Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as graphic design programs such as Canva and PicMonkey
• Spanish fluency a plus
