Remote Community Manager

Full Information: 

At Kamcord, we’d like to fundamentally change how people share the internet. We let you record a 15-second video reaction to anything you see on your phone. You share what is on your screen, from a news article to a funny YouTube video to your favorite playlist, along with overlays for your face and voice. Instagram and Snapchat have built massive communities around the front and back cameras of your phone. We pioneered mobile screen capture and are building a community for the third camera on your phone: the screen. We’re a team of 30+ and have landed $35M in funding.

Manage Kamcord’s online community and content to ensure users are consistently engaged and enjoying their experience within the app
Build relationships with top content creators and influencers to understand our community, current trends, and topics, etc.
Respond to user support requests in a timely and professional manner
Go through user generated content and feature quality content in the app
Maintain Kamcord’s presence on major social media outlets
Identify patterns in user feedback and share findings with product and engineering teams

Qualifications:

0-2 years experience managing online communities and groups
Driven team player who doesn’t need hand-holding to get things done; we love folks who own things 110%
Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and communication skills
Passionate about (and active on) popular social media platforms
