Where can I deliver with Amazon Flex?
Amazon Flex is now in the Seattle, Richmond, Nashville, Portland, Raleigh, Virginia Beach, Austin, Dallas, Baltimore, Miami, Atlanta, Houston, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Indianapolis metro areas.

What if I don't live in a delivery area?
Sign up and let us know where you want to deliver. We’ll contact you before we begin operating in your city.

How long can I deliver for?
Amazon Flex is a great way to make great money delivering when you want. You can choose any available 2, 4, and 8 hour blocks of time to work the same day, or set availability for up to 12 hours per day for the future. Blocks are allocated based on expected volume and availability of delivery partners.

Can I choose specific neighborhoods or the types of products that I want to deliver?
Amazon Flex drivers aren’t able to select a specific delivery neighborhood within a metro area or make a preference related to package contents at this time.

What do I need to make deliveries?
You will need a vehicle and an Android phone. We’ll provide access to the app and opportunities to deliver.

Can I bike or walk?
Currently we are only offering options to drive but in the future we may offer opportunities to deliver via bike or on foot.

What kind of things will I deliver?
You’ll deliver ultra-fast Amazon Prime Now packages. Tens of thousands of items are available through Prime Now, including electronics, household essentials, a wide variety of food items, alcohol and much more. In the future, you may deliver other types of Amazon packages, as well.

Where do I pick up deliveries?
You can pick up deliveries at a location near you. You’ll receive items to deliver in a local radius, based on length of the delivery block you signed up for.

Do I need an Amazon account?
Yes, you’ll need an Amazon account but if you don’t have one (or want to use a new one) you can create one when you onboard.

Who can deliver for Amazon Flex?
We are looking for Delivery Partners who are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a vehicle. You will need to pass a background check which includes, but is not limited to, a review of motor vehicle records. Current Amazon employees are not eligible to be Delivery Partners.
