Customer Success - Billing Specialist

Chargify is looking for a new Customer Success hire to qualify, assist, and onboard inbound leads.

Demonstrating software to potential customers
Contacting leads to set up appointments
Responding to inbound emails and phone calls
Managing customers and communication in Salesforce CRM
Great customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
General understanding of API’s
Travel 1-2 weeks per year for company meet-ups
Nice to have:
Experience in the software industry (preferably at a SAAS Company)
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
Experience with support ticket software
This is a remote position so you are free to work anywhere in the USA.
You're expected to maintain a fairly regular day-to-day schedule and to be in the office and responsive during your agreed upon work time.
Preference will be given to individuals who can work from 9a-5p Eastern (although you don't need to live there - just able to work that schedule).
