A day in the life…
The ideal Work at Home Customer Care Specialist is able to trouble shoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer. This self-motivated candidate will need to be able to simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership. Work at Home Customer Care Specialists utilize standard practices and processes, continuously looking for areas of improvement and communicating suggestions to leadership as appropriate. We are hiring to support customer demand during the holidays. Shifts vary upon business needs. There is a completion bonus of $250 for those who remain with us the entire season.
