Program hours: We assist with
customer interactions from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Central Time), seven days a week.
Agents need to commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week during those hours
to remain proficient and on active status for this contract. We ask agents plan
to work some weekend hours each week. There are high-volume weeks in March when
agents will need to be able to work increase their hours to cover customer
Excellent customer service – Agents need strong verbal communication and
rapport-building skills to ensure that sellers and buyers will be return
Multi-tasking – Agents must be able to simultaneously operate multiple
systems, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Technical ability – Agents should have a strong technical background and
be computer literate. They need to feel comfortable learning new systems and be
able and willing to make minor adjustments to their computers to work with the
client’s program technology. Experience in Seibel is a bonus.
Be a fan – Agents should be knowledgeable about events—sports, concerts
and/or the arts.
Flexibility – This program has peak weeks in March. Agents will need to
work additional hours beyond the program’s typical operating hours.
Compensation – Agents are paid based on each minute spent working with a customer. This translates to an equivalent of $12 – $18/hour (USD).
